Activities carried out on the project STRENGTHENING WOMEN OF ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY IN NIŠ REGION THROUGH TRAINING IN PROGRAM MATLAB AND OBJECT ORIENTED PROGRAMMING
1) First, a survey should be made among female members of the population. in particular technical professions (engineering and architectural) and explain the project’s objectives and what knowledge and tools they will get from this program and which competences will increase them.
2) Secondly, provide the basics of object-oriented programming for 20 women, which will provide them with a basis for all programming languages objectively oriented, thus enabling women of the technical profession to improve their program competencies. for what constitutes the work of the future everywhere in the world and also with us.
3) Thirdly, provide training for 20 women from the MAT LAB program, which will enable laboratory programming necessary for all types of budget in research and development laboratories, and thus include them in the segments of more complex research that will make them compatible for equal membership in international research teams
4) Finally, hold a final project of the project on “Whether women are the losers of technological transition” and show the results of the survey, the results of the training and present all participants and present ideas and plans for the continuation of the project.
