Ministar za nauku i tehnologiju Božidar Đelić na okruglom stolu pod nazivom “Nikola Tesla – večita inspiracija” 25.02.2011. u Nišu je govorio o strategiji razvoja nauke, potencijalima i inovacijama i ovom prilikom mu je predstavljen BIOTOKSINOMER, inovacija sa kojom je Dunđer, jedini inovativni klaster u zemlji, osvojio prvu nagradu na takmičenju za najbolju tehnološku inovaciju decembra 2010. Ministar se interesovao za potencijalne kupce ovog uređaja, cenu i performanse.
Ministar Đelić je najavio otvaranje tehnološkog parka u Nišu, projekta koji će realizovati Ministarstvo za nauku, niški Univerzitet i grad Niš u saradnji sa privrednicima. Na ovom skupu učestvovalo je više od 150 naučnih radnika iz Srbije koji su govorili o inovacijama, inovativnoj proizvodnji i problemima sa kojima se preduzeća susreću u razvoju novih proizvoda.
