Under authority of Ministry of economy and regional development from 01.11.2007. til 31.12.2007. in Belgrade has been a seminar with subject CLUSTER AS AN INSTRUMENT OF REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT, which has educated through 7 workshops kluster managers, and give them all the necessary knowledges for further development of the clusters.
