FINANCIAL ADVISER
We have been witnessed
in the past few years a real invasion of foreign banks,
funds,
investment funds, insurance companies, etc
witch have an aggressive marketing
campaign in order to find a place in Serbian market offering various
services to companies and citizen, weather they have regular income or not.
Even thou the banking
philosophy had changed compared with a period before 2000; still there are a
presence of a skepticism, dissatisfaction, and distrust of potential clients
in banking offered services. Nowadays banking marketing has changed to
direct contact with clients, increasing transparency thanks to new rules and
regulations and advertising all the bank services through media. But, in
spite of bigger choice of banks, lower prices of bank services, still
potential clients feel unsecured because of new banking terminology which is
strange to them and the new banking tasks which they have seen or heard for
the first time. Clients want to get, beside bank offer, an objective advice
from an expert who is familiar with the problem and who won’t disappoint
them.
